Getting around Tangier
Petit taxis, grand taxis and when to simply walk.
Inside the city, petit taxis are the easiest transport. They take up to three passengers and should use the meter.
Grand taxis are larger and serve longer routes and nearby towns. For day trips, a private driver is more comfortable.
The medina and the Kasbah are for walking only. The Corniche is flat and pleasant on foot.
