With the Atlantic on one side and the Mediterranean on the other, Tangier eats a lot of fish.
Simple places near the port serve the catch grilled or fried, usually with salad, bread and olives. Restaurants by the marina offer a more polished version.
Ask what came in that day and order that. Freshness matters more than the menu.
