What to wear in Tangier
Comfortable, respectful and ready for wind.
Tangier is relaxed, but modest clothing is appreciated in the medina and in traditional neighbourhoods: covered shoulders and knees are a good rule.
Wear flat, closed shoes for the old city's slopes and steps.
Bring a layer for the evening and for Cap Spartel, where the wind is stronger than in town.
